Got it? In other words, when I say “I have sunglasses” (Yo tengo anteojos de sol), that’s me using the first person singular (“tengo”), but if someone else said “you have sunglasses” (tú tienes anteojos de sol), they’d be using the second person singular (“tienes”). Got it?
