If you’re looking to rack up Scav Karma fast, Factory is the way to go. Load in as a Scav and get outta there ASAP between your PMC raids. And if you take out any Bad Player Scavs, you’ll be rewarded for avenging other AI or player Scavs that were killed by a player Scav.
